These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Bindi Screening website and your purchase of any products from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Company Details

2. Orders & Payments

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Orders are confirmed upon full payment via our secure checkout.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

4. Returns & Refunds

• We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery (see our Returns Policy).
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
• Sale items are not eligible for return.

5. Warranty

• Bindi enclosures come with a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty.
• Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
• You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
• You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

6. Competitions & Promotions

From time to time, we may offer giveaways, competitions, or promotional discounts (e.g. “Choose with Shelley,” “Home Show Discount,” etc.)

By entering any competition or promotion on our site, you agree to the following terms:

• Competitions are open to Australian residents aged 18+.
• No purchase is necessary unless stated otherwise.
• Entries must comply with stated entry requirements (e.g. voting, tagging, use of hashtags).
• One entry per person unless otherwise stated.
• Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Winners are selected at random or by judging criteria (as outlined) and will be contacted via email or Instagram.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, we reserve the right to redraw.
• We reserve the right to cancel or amend any promotion without notice.

These competitions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia and are conducted in compliance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, branding and logos—is the property of Bindi Screening and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bindi Screening excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or purchase of products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

BINDI SCREENING HOMESHOW COMPETITION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter
The promoter is BindiScreening Pty Ltd, ABN: 26132949243 of 3a Clifton Road, Clovelly 2031 (“Promoter”).

2. Competition Period
The competition commences at 9 am 17 May 2025 and closes at 10pm 18 May 2025 (“Competition Period”).

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
To enter, individuals must:
a) Visit the Bindi Screening stand at the Sydney Home Show Exhibition Centre] during the Competition Period;
b) Complete the entry form by providing . full name, email, mobile number;
c) Submit their completed entry as directed.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. Prize Details
The winner will receive a prize pack valued at AUD $2,000 (“Prize”),consisting of two Bindi Screens, Day Spa and Wellness Package.

The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the Prize (or part of it) is unavailable, the Promoter, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be drawn at random at 5pm at 3A Clifton Road Clovelly on 19 May 2025 

The winner will be notified by phone, and/or email within 2 business days of the draw. The winner’s name will be published on the Bind four  days, a redraw will occur at 10 am on 23 May 2025

8. Privacy
By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting their personal information to conduct the competition and for marketing purposes. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy can be found at https://bindiscreening.com/pages/privacy-policy

9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any entrant or winner.

10. General
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
