SHIPPING & RETURNS

Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide—including metro and regional areas in all states and territories.

 We are not shipping internationally (yet!).

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your postcode.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery timeframes:

Metro: 3–5 business days

Regional: 5–8 business days

Remote: up to 10 business days

Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Do you offer express shipping?
Not at this time, but we’re working on it. All orders are shipped from within Australia for faster delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Change of Mind Returns
We offer returns on full priced items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.

To request a return, email us at support@bindiscreening.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note:

Sale items are final and not eligible for return

Returns must be sent with a trackable service

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once your item is received and inspected

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packing every Bindi enclosure, but if something arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

We’ll assess and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
